Who we are

Dundrum Paving is a paving and landscaping contractor operating across South Dublin. When you contact us for a quotation or service, we are the controller of the personal information you provide.

What we collect

We only collect the information we need to give you a quote and carry out the work: your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the work is to be done, along with the details of your enquiry.

We collect this when you fill in a quote form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a written quotation, carry out the work and keep in touch about your job. If you become a customer we keep a record of the work for our guarantee and for our own accounts.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where we have to, for example with our accountant, or with a supplier when it is needed to complete your job. We never pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request, and customer records for as long as required to honour the guarantee and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
